@BCJ haven't sold a share either also fully loaded.... a common thought on these threads is "when is the market going to catch on about TMT" its undervalued relative to peers and extremely undervalued compared to NPV.
although we are still significantly cheaper then the bro! the Shareprice performance over the last 12 months, 6 months and 3 months does show an interesting story. I Remember out of the high grade deposits on the ASX we where the lagger! TNO and AVL ran harder and faster much to my confusion at the time... well its good to see the FA on TMT is coming through although we don't really notice cause we are still cheaper then the bro but the valuation gap is getting closer! out of the HIGH GRADE deposits (the ones that actually stand a chance) WE ARE The no1 PERFORMER Share price wise!
obviously KRC is the leader year to date but we will only compare the high grade deposits here and if we look at a 3 monthly and 6 monthly KRC CHART its the clear loser by a LONG shot.. another case of FA coming through but to the downside for KRC
Below is the comparison of SP performance over different time periods. TMT has shown to be the best place to park your money out of all the High grade V plays on the ASX so I guess the market is sort of catching on
