I understood that there was just as much supply coming in as demand.
I was struggling to "speculate" whether this was heavy supply trying to get out or heavy buying getting in.
You had suggested it may possibly be preparation for a move higher and I had originally thought the same but my overall view of the market and especially tech stocks heading into next week seems bearish so I was confused as whether this was a selling event or a preparation for buying.
As you have said the next bars will be more telling.
I was trying to take a top down approach looking at markets.
First the NASDAQ/US500 then the ASX200 then individual stocks like WTC for example.
(Also AXIJ index as well)
My view on the index's are bearish heading into next week, as it looks like they're all starting to roll over from the recent strong bounce.
How strongly a potential move to the downside is yet to be determined..
