I personally am in the camp of believing that Jon Price is more of a builder of ozs
via acquisition and development of tenements rather than the actual taking over of coys.
This view is supported by an interview of JP in the past few months in which he
indicated IRC would be open to a takeover at the right price to benefit s/holders.
However "thinking is allowed" and who knows what may transpire.
As far as building up a war chest IMO IRC are a long long way off having enough cash.
