If Lakes lawyers say thees lots wrong and even the govt admits wrong doing, surely in an appeal with multiple judges focused on these points, we should get some compensation for whats happened. That a while off so till then, we have to get back to business and we cant worry as nothing we can do. So our other exploration has to work as no guarantee Vic will be a successful location anyway regardless of what the indications are. Thats the nature of this business, High risk and cost with only some that hit solid gas or oil. Lakes has had a rough time up till now but that dosent mean we will get a lifeline or lots cash from appeal, we just have to fight another day and at least SA is doing all it can to help (Liberals) but they too are taking a risk on us so lets hope we can do well not just for our SH's but gas strapped states that need some relief- thats a great feeling if we can do that....
