These wild daily swings aren't for the faint-hearted. Up around 12% on the first two days in Nov (12% each day) and now down 7.2% today.
Shortman isn't showing a massive change in the short position (16.15% shorted, still number two on the ASX), but I assume they will have to close out soon and it looks like there is now a downward trend commencing on the Percentage Shorted chart. This usually has an inverse relationship to the share price and in the past a shorting downtrend has always corresponded to an increase in the share price. Also, don't forget, the Shortman data is two days old and the chart and headline data is four days old (5th November here).
