It does play a role, because then the Day Traders come on and read to get an idea of the general sentiment from the posts and they sell out or don't buy or post about it in the DT forum and tell other DT not to buy etc. So in the day to day movement it has an affect, but not to those who are holding. At least that's my perspective on it.
