Seriously?  You are crediting the shareholders action group.  Yeah I'm sure Rio were quaking in their boots when they saw the new proposed directors.....  They had their crack and took a company that was trading at 30 cents down to less than 10c.  How many of their projects did they actually turn dirt (ie worked the ground)?  This is just delusional emotion now talking.  If not happy how it is run - suggest you cut and run
