Agree with your comments but believe SAMR has an excellent chance however I feel hampered by not knowing exactly other than having chinese language cans and clear listing of ingredients what is required. I assume if Bal states country of manufacture is AUstralia with some imported ingredients that''s going to be ok. This is acceptable in australia anyway.
