So if DW has rallied the instos to take up the remaining placement to put 10m in the bank immediately, then this would tick your box in that he does have investors who believe, and nothing left hanging till Jan 2019.

If DW comes out and says we no longer offer the remaining placement, then this will tick your box as he is backing himself on a deal involving cash, therefore nothing left hanging till Jan 2019.

DW might still be backing himself and his ability to nailed a deal involving cash up front, allowing us to potentially do many more drills, buy more land etc, so if this happens before end of year, this would also tick your box?

So my understanding is DW and the team are doing what you would do?
(apart from the paid advertisement which you would not do marketing).
