I think that giving TS the money back and not CFE would be an appropriate view of the situation. Why pay $20M as dividends when if you wait a couple of years for it to dribble in you can get a good portion of it yourself through salary and rent.
Then when the company that has been paying your investment property for over a million a year goes broke, sell the real estate and pocket it that way. Pretty safe for TS.
