I do not believe there is a full scale operating plant using DNi. There is the CSIRO pilot plant in Waterford, which has produced samples using both New Cal ore and yabulu tailings, but I believe no full scale plant.
Having spoken to some people involved there is very little doubt about it being scalable. The fact that its done at atmospheric pressure and using nitric acid makes its scalability uncomplicated.
