I agree that's a possibility but, if the PFS improves the IRR by say 5-10% (and I think it will), getting the needed finance/equity will be a low risk in my view. JVs are all about sharing risk and there's and element of Oz almost underwriting the risk. Quite simply, the more Oz spends, the more likely this project goes ahead and I think the market is slowly waking up to that. This is a 5-10 bagger opportunity for something that's relatively low risk compared to other 5-10 bagger opportunities out there. That's a nice punt to have.
