So many of us will vote against the proxy's but to vote we have to either send it by post, fax or email to Indiore.

How do we know they are going to count our votes honesty!!

Am I stupid?  Something Im not understanding?

Should I blindly believe they are going to honestly count every single vote against them and if its a close call do I think they are going to get the retail shareholders over the line - no way.
