I would like to see significant on-market buying from Grant Pierce. He is out man on the ground in Tanzania. Significant buying from Grant would be a strong indication of his confidence that positive developments in Tanzania are just around the corner. No buying or token buying, well, I believe that too will speak volumes, but it won’t be the positive indicator we’re hoping for.
I would also like to see some on-market buying from Christoph Frey. In Christoph’s time with the company he has not bought a single share on-market. If EcoGraf if as good as we think it is then I would expect that he would put his hands into his own pockets also.
My vote on the remuneration resolution remains an emphatic NO for now.
