In regards to Directors Wages, not sure if you are aware that a lot of the holders have or will vote with a NO, b4 AGM or they will try to attend this year in person.
We all want to see a commitment from Directors with some 'On Market" purchases, that will align them a bit more with the other top 30 S'holders, we will amend our vote if we see Directors buying, Mr Conidi was a very good start.
Any shareholder that feels this move is warranted, please ensure you vote accordingly, now!...you can always change your vote b4 the AGM if we see the appropriate action.
From my conversations with holders, we will have enough votes to call an EGM if need be.
