Being debt free may only apply to the Okvau mine. The pending loans are only to develop Okvau. Meanwhile the joint venture partners want to see their sites being developed, and that exploration and development work will require more money. So emr could only be debt free for the Okvau operation. Or until revenue is enough to carry us debt free. Good enough for our particular needs.
