You look at the packages. They are all 3 or 4 grand, Max. Which says retail, or a daily stipend for a larger holder to dispose of... Honest opinion. It's a tiny company, no current public face, waiting on news, with people slowly getting over it. It needs solid news to change sentiment. Thats it.
