The Government know full well that they stuffed up, they are attempting to claw back some of our assets in cash by increasing the resource rent tax, but it would have been far better to set the rules in the fist place, so that we weren't put in this position.
As for what Frydenburg said today, it isn't as if they can take the pipelines to China or HK and they are the regulators of those assets aren't they?
