Before the HRZ drill, we understood the plan was to prove the flow and then sell the entire acreage. But the conventional plan seems more ambigious?

I guess I am asking if anyone out there can give any sort of valuation. What I dont understand with the farm out is do we give away 1.7bil barrels for a few hundred million dollars and then what ? Or are we still hoping to farm out and some how sell the entire company still ? and do we sell our share that we still own (which presumably wouldnt be much by the time the farm outs are all done) ?
