BLY Viability on the ASX, page-6

No R21, a link company holds the new share for the CDI. The link is independant of the new company. You can transfer your CDI's to Canada shares through the link. However, the Canada shares cannot be traded. The new BLY Canada company is NOT going to be a Public Company.

So I am not trying to be nasty or mean but can you please explain to me what that means for CDI shares in terms of potential value in $$$$$.

To me the owners walk with a new business. The CDI will have no potential value.
