For the record, I never saw your post before it was moderated, so I don't know what was in it, and I can't really tell if you're claiming I am a troll or downramper or not. I'm not sure that posting relevant facts online can be considered downramping, so I'll assume not. I wanted to check the option status myself by looking at the last appendix 3B and then posted it here for the benefit of everyone.
