Just a heads up, I got an email from Jason Peterson yesterday concerning ARS (ALT Resources).
Putting together a 708 placement @3cps + 1:3 free options (to be listed - 3yrs, 4.5cps strike), CPS are the lead manager and broker.
The email was to all existing shareholders (I am not elegible)
ARS is currently halted.
Might be worth a look at some point.
