I agree its not much, and shareholders do deserve more. Although i also think that because some of the grade control was perhaps not done when it should have been done, implies they are playing catchup for the MDs mistakes.... so, that was the best they could provide at the time?

Agree about the announcement in hindsight. Very poor words chosen, considering how things how played out.

Perhaps he still thinks he did a good job?
