Would someone explain what ‘gas bubbling up to the surface’ means please. That seems a very largesse statement to be making. Even Tlou don’t make such grande claims.
Also - Where the expanded acreage come from? Buy from an existing lease holder or apply to Ministry? I found it strange they were silent on this point.
