Don't know why anyone would even bother participating in this raising at 11 cents. You might as well wait for it to drift lower and buy for less than 10 cents. 

^ Posted that on the 16th August. Glad to see my foresight came to fruition. This stock's been an absolute dog for over a year now and has no chance of turning the other way given all management do is make blue sky announcements when what the market wants to see is positive operating cashflow.
