Nominees could mean nothing ultimately, anybody can name their company anything right so it holds no legal value (IMO), however yes it is probably representative of the vehicle's purpose.

"A nominee is a person or firm into whose name securities or other properties are transferred to facilitate transactions while leaving the customer as the actual owner."

Probably a vehicle for CBA, rather than a retail investor, as the retail investors individual names or companies are being listed in the company registers (so it wouldn't make sense to display the holding of an individual or company, AND the holding of whatever vehicle is being used to transact on the ASX (Again I think "broker data" is a different story, as that's reporting on transactions, not shareholdings, therefore is a different reporting mechanism entirely).

ABR has it listed as private company, so far as I understand their naming conventions this means it is not a trust (They have designated entity styles for truss, fixed, discretionary, whatever)

According to ASIC also confirms proprietary limited by shares. I thought ASIC provided a related entities breakdown but can't see it, I'm sure it all detailed somewhere on the internet.

Found a sub holder notice for CBA which declares related parties of this this is one, there are countless other examples, all the related entities get listed in the schedule of the 604s

So my assessment is that it is indeed a a CBA subsidiary (wherever it sits in their spider web of entities who knows lol) - but I guess the question remains from a register point of view, what or who is that entity representing? Which I can accept is impossible to know, so I guess just confirm whether it is or isn't retail is the goal for me... if it is retail, meh, if it's definitely not retail - then it becomes a very valuable piece of information IMO.

I'm actually planning to get 'broker data' soon I hope so I guess i'll be able to just do hard comparisons on a register on a given date to compare against broker data on given data to see if the numbers match, but seems like a fairly shonky way to do it lol.

Yes interesting zest having a look i wonder if you paid for content the information sort would open up new links even? Like your allowed research so much freely then you have begin paying for the data or information you're seeking whatever that maybe ?

I opened the the links so far then went stuff that im not paying . Kind of same if you want the registry of shares of a company you can get them but costs you money to get them for they work i guess it takes to retrieve that and store it maybe?

The broker data only comes out after settlement date to my understanding and why is delayed three or so days as even the companies couldn't provide a registry of shares acurattley to a fixed time frame of the market ? Don't think chess can even do that what is bought and sold in a day that's held and been paid for ? Till settlement .

Anyway give me better look also how the curved screen monitor works as i to like the curved screen of the starship enterprise .One we looked at cost a bit over two thousand dollars and you have buy software to get it to work like three different monitors all on the one screen with no broken lines to look at ?

That's one screen with three open windows on it or workspaces bassicalley . Told the trouble and strife that what i want for christmas .

Probably get socks and undies anyway as she just fobbed me off and asked what i was getting her for christmas and started rattling handbag brands etc of which well i get know a few shopping with her and buying a few now over the years for different gifts for people.

Gives me something look at in the shoe shops and perfumes and all the stuff they do shopping i'm always a lot of the time admiring the work that goes into them and the practicality of them . While the trouble strife sniffs away for a bargain or something whatever they are thinking when they shop ?

Which would be as big as the dictionary of understanding the fairer sex as it links to other parts in the naggin/noggen area matching the make ups and lipsticks clothes closet etc to a pair of shoes she hasn't bought yet in anticipation she can ask do you think i look good in this ?

I'm already hoping i have the right answer in atication . Think that means ettique ?

Was anticipation but spell check made me look so have left it there . As a new word never discovered yet perhaps? Well in scrabble it has which is the market and fundamentals research imo

Best thing about the stt while not always a question will be answered it can make many think ! And work together as a team on the hard bits and easy bits no matter what the skill level or time in the market .

There is always time for reflection .

The hound would understand this i reckon ?

My adopted mascot strangely enough when i read the stt i've begun wonder what the little terrier has been up to today lol

So a big thanks to the trading hound and robertor1 for giving such delightful insights into the garage of it all .
