wow, what a stroke of brilliance. Issue 3.5 million shares, with all of the attendant ASX bureaucracy, just for a paltry earning of 50K. It sends a signal of desperation that they really should have avoided, even if there is some other long-winded explanation for the need of it. OK, they've set the price at 1.5 c which is what they RECKON the company should be worth, but with an sp at 1c, who is going to stump up for it? Presumably 'sophisticated investors'. I love them.
