They had the magentic tapes from Mobil in the Government's protection and government decided to play ball by giving access to IVZ. Why would the government do this ? From what I can recollect this is quite a big reservoir but Mobil never moved on it in favour of chasing the easy money and financial constraints back then.

This is a country where pockets need to be lined and if likes of Ashanti , Warburton and Chiappani were buying in around low 4's then this game has just started. The country is lot more stable and the government wants progress. Time to get set.
