IMO the Euro study was targeting cognition but unfortunately the Imagine study the amyloid plaques, already inert causing any problems. So in spite of looking also cognition the goal of the Imagine study was wrong as it was in all immunological studies also. 3 months on PBT2 (Euro study) made the difference in cognition and now to me it is clear why: it improved the energy supply in brain ( just my opinion, but looks to be the only possibility !). I think it was done by the iron chelation by PBT2 and not Zn chelation making the inert amyloid free and active again (???). Just my opinion based on sitting at home.
This mistake cannot be blamed on anybody, the world was flat at that time.
