I’m not entirely sure mate , I’d subscribe to that way of thinking, but there has to be a reasonable value associated with them , ie that price should be reached by attainable progress within the time frame and investors gain upon their release....
One of the more seasoned lads like lockit or lateral would explain the ins and out of this better than I could
