Its not a halt for the full two days. Its a halt for the usual two days or when the announcement is released whatever comes earlier. So will be back trading in the morning, Monday.
IMO the outcome was plain to see for those participating in the proceeding and therefore more than likely factored into the share price, hence the reason for the recent weakness. I don't expect it will be sold off Monday.
I sold my shares a while back on the last periodic spike. I originally bought a biotech which is now a hybrid retailer (run by a bunch of scientists) which is what convinced me to exit after several years.
Product marketing is a competitive and highly specialised industry and scientists don't make good retailers as this issues serves to highlight. They should stick to their knitting. Mistakes can be costly and IMO there will be more to come.
