Just looking at how many applications on the Ministers desk. Looks like about 14 at the moment for new tenements. Considering that Rio had their application for Tolukuma granted after 5 months I can not see any "Legitimate" reason for this delay. I also see that Anglo had their application for Hela granted after 14 month. We have been waiting for Tolukuma for 18 months all up but around 13 since the wardens hearing so I'm hoping this goes thropugh the next batch before the Xmas shutdown. Would be nice for Bugalo and Muller to go through also so we can start testing these new areas.
