Maybe the work load of the Super Human Chairman, CEO, Director, CFO, Sales Director let the preparation of the long awaited FDA announcement slip through the cracks. 

This has been coming or so we have been told for many months, great that FDA is finally here, so it is no surprise. 

Surley a draft of the most important & price sensitive announcement in the company’s history would have been prepared. 

Is it only me who thinks this is reasonable that a draft and pre sign off of the significant wording would have been done well in advance with the board and Zeiss. 

If not then why not. 

Clearly there was a lot of detailed work and time put into the issue of Director performance shares and options which appears to have taken priority over a major announcement to the market.
