It looks like they are going to grab this company with increased majority share. They sees value in it hence the share options. It works well long term as they will try to maximise the value out of it, given that they are a major share holder and directors. Interesting time ahead with cash we are holding and undervalued shares. 

Having saying that we still need a proper remuneration plan for the directors, giving shares away is not in the best interest of the company and other shareholders
