Well im not missing the Dunbar management style at all... that was a train wreck. Demonstrated by that stunt with the single bonanza drill hole down the rd...I prefer clarity to theatrics.

The caps raise got us the buffer we needed to get over a lack of planning from management... obviously the other directors stayed loyal to Dunbars' malarki as long as they could ...and the end result is a new director... and one sneaky retirement...

Awesome... im expecting a huge change in the clarity in the December report too... a reporting style worthy of respect... not written in smoke and mirrors.
