Perhaps at the moment his focus is on finalising the Adidi-Kanga acquisition for VEC (which is imminent) and also the recompliance process for WFE which both require more hands on attention at the moment.
I'm sure that once those are out of the way, 4CE will get some more love. At the moment though given 4CE is drilling and awaiting for assay results, there's not much for him to physically do...
