they wanna $84M for starting 24 TPD and it looks no one can help them from sinking. it is fair to mention that FCC has 20.9M reserve cobalt in 0.11% , while MQR is in dream of half million cobalt deposit.
it looks Charles dream is far away from reality and we should see MQR also sink to under 5c as speed of FCC.
