Totally agree CBD. A previous CEO/MD got heaps of shares when actually achieving little (not talking about Marino) while the board used the expression Total Shareholder Value, there was none and still isn't. Mark has done a good job so far, I hope he sorts these guys out, they don't deserve anything from us shareholders who has risked our money to keep them employed in a loss making company for many years.
