Remember that WHA is providing all the funding for CBDG so either way it's their cash (post capital raising). Also it's pretty bold to claim cashflow positivity by CY19 and given that it will have to be accounted for as a JV then cashflow from that will be via dividends only so if this turns out to be true this will be way ahead of other IF producers.

The cash receipts reflect past quarter's sales and they've given some data on recent sales so that should flow through next quarter.

There is no way they can give out dividends for fy19 or fy20.
Cash flow positive = cash inflow for a period exceed cash outflow for the same period.
If they provide the funding for the jv then they will not be cash flow positive. Where do they get the money to give out dividends?
