I Agree the market has already factored in that FDA approvals would be forthcoming as this was stated by the previous board to happen.
So there will/should be no share price appreciation when it is announced.
Unless they announce or indicate that orders/sales have been received/ begun.
I mean seriously everyone expected that approvals would come through, it was just a matter of when but is the product being sold and if it is then they better start hiring some more people.
