you are completely right, also management @asx708 and ASX should respond this important question why MQR should give 11M shares to Charles mates for acquiring Werner lake and skeleton project?
for your information GEMC as main owner of Werner lake project got only 250K shares equals to $100k ,just for 70% of project.
However, Charles mates got 11 M shares for those projects, which doesn't make sense. This means that 11M shares issued just only for two worthless projects . First Werner lake project with very narrow vein in depth of 300M, which is not worthy to any investors to put his money in it. secondly skeleton project, which MEI currently couldn't find any suitable cobalt grades ( refer to Ann of MEI, skeleton project).
the only thing broker data shows that Hartleys is selling her shares no mater about price to only convert shares to coins.
Imo, Charles mates got heaps of shares without paying cents for and now can sell them to poor retails in coming pumps and dumps. just go and see other holding of him and the great masterpiece of ALA
