As I read the announcement, the evaporators/crystallisers were framed as contingency for bad weather rather than something that would be used all the time (or at least for a significant part of winter).

As it is, looks like they're not operating yet so no benefit during last 2 quarters of low evaporation. At the rate they're moving, increased pond capacity may have rendered them redundant by the time the next winter period comes around.

Agree that they have been less than forthcoming in admitting to Stage 1 pond capacity issues. So much for full and continuous disclosure . . .
