Well written, directors are supposed to act in the best of the majority of shareholders, it will be impossible to act in the best interest of all shareholders!
They are meant to make money / generate income for shareholders. Unless it’s a so called “life style” company where the money is not in the company business but in director’s fees, rent, advisory fees, backroom office fees etc. etc etc....... I am sure that you know how it goes?
