The market, being forward looking, seems to be anticipating a low revenue figure in the quarterly. Which is something that isn't surprising given we have had zero in the way of updates on sub numbers. They'd be shouting from the rooftops if istream had got some traction. 

If Africa goes live and we get Brazil switched back on this quarter we'll all get an opportunity to sell out at a higher price. How much higher is the question. But i wouldn't be selling out now as I believe the bad quarterly is priced in.
