IOR had better get Phase 2 and 3 up and running quickly, the cash is going out the door quickly ( wages and administration costs). At this rate IOR will be broke again in a few months time and will need to raise more cash just to complete the Phase 3 expansion.
If the Indian clients don't pay immediately for the iron ore it will be all over red rover. At least IOR management will be nicely rewarded during the journey.
