If you allow for the 2 week shutdown, the current quarter production equates to an annual rate of apx 11,000 tons, or less than 63% of nameplate.
If you extrapolate this to the stage 2 expansion, that would mean an annual rate of under 27,000 tons (62.5% X 42,500)
No wonder Toyota haven't signed off on stage 2.
