i am still doubtful that PDN will allow the release of any detail from the scoping study (just like the first one) which is disappointing from a corporate governance view. a potential predator shouldn't have possession of information that owners of the actual company (that is the majority partner in the deposit) doesn't have. the terms of Bigrlyi partnership deem this to be the way.
