    Agree.  I also noticed one of the directors recently bought 3000+ shares at $4+ per share to boost his holdings by 40+%.  Looks he had to know what would happen.


    I reckon the brokers revaluation of ~20% is on the way just because of the recent approval of Storm Bay plans.
