My concern is that few individuals would have the ability to act as Executive Chairman, CEO, CFO and lead the company's marketing effort. It may reduce costs but I would have preferred to see performance payments based on results. If Mr. Mutton voluntarily reduced his directors fees then he surely didn't do it on the basis the payments would be made up in some other manner. Of course he could have participated in the directors' option issue.
