So all the claims from earlier posts about senior staff leaving and Jacobs leaving as a customer has no merit? If it was business as usual we wouldn't be at 5c right now.

Regardless of the outcome of the agm its going south from here imo. If current bod leave lots of holders might dump and run. If current bod stay, holders who were backing the 249d might dump. 

They'll need to pull a miracle out at the agm to stabilise this. Current bod are solely responsible for the current state of MEB. Why would you continue to trust them?
